We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Supervisor to lead our team of accessory fitters in a fast-paced workshop environment.

About the Role

As a Workshop Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fitting of various automotive aftermarket accessories to passenger and trade vehicles. This role requires strong mechanical skills and a sound knowledge of automotive fitting principles and auto electrics.

You will work closely with our retail team to meet deadlines and customer expectations, while ensuring all work is carried out safely and timely with respect for customers' vehicles.

A key aspect of this role is managing a team of Accessory Fitters, providing regular training sessions and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

We are looking for an individual who can achieve customer satisfaction, revenue, and profit targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the fitting of various automotive aftermarket accessories to passenger and trade vehicles.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely and timely with respect for customers' vehicles.
