
Administrative Business Support Specialist

The Regional Administrative Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the delivery of operational services by providing administrative coordination and management to the regional business support team. This involves managing day-to-day activities, including administrative services such as human resource (HR), finance, staff development, and other functions. The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing accurate and timely reports, correspondence, and documentation.

- Leadership and mentoring experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in ensuring compliance and sound governance in relation to business support services
- Proven ability to maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, debt management, and reconciliation of corporate cards
