We are seeking experienced and motivated team leaders to join our Christmas Experience Team. As a Chief Elf, you will inspire and support your team to create unforgettable moments for visitors of all ages.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional visitor experiences
  • Manage daily operations, rosters, and workflow with precision and adaptability
  • Foster a welcoming environment and maintain a joyful atmosphere even on the busiest days
  • Bring energy and positivity to every interaction
  • Oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with attention to detail
  • Ensure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality and memorable
Key Requirements
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, adaptable, and calm under pressure
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Focused on creating positive experiences for visitors and team alike
  • Working with Children's Clearance (or willing to obtain)
