Vantage Data Centers is committed to delivering exceptional results in the construction and delivery of data centers. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Project Delivery to lead our construction projects from conception to commissioning.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the overall delivery of construction and capital expenditure works, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. This role will require strong leadership and coordination skills, as well as the ability to integrate with internal subject matter experts to ensure long-term operational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of project activities, including utility interfacing, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies, and ECI interface.
  • Act as a leader with vision and drive coordination and integration of internal partners within the project.
  • Act as a safety leader while empowering a culture of safety, security, and compliance in all aspects of data center commissioning and integration.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as NSD, D&E, Construction, Procurement, and Critical Operations to deliver data centers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role required.
  • Complex and technical construction experience is required.
  • Data Center experience is preferred.
  • Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.
  • Experience developing executive level presentations.
  • Substantial project management experience preferred with PMP certification.
