Senior Contracts Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional looking to advance their career in commercial building construction.

The successful candidate will have several years of experience as a Contracts Administrator, with a strong understanding of contract letting and procurement, cost reporting and forecasting, and the use of costing software. They will also have experience working on building and refurbishment projects in commercial construction, ideally to $50M in value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Letting and Procurement
  • Cost Reporting and Forecasting
  • Use of Costing Software
  • Working on Design and Construct (D&C) Projects
  • Preparing Scope of Works
  • Sub-contractor Negotiation
  • Assess Progress Claims and Subcontract Payments
  • Preparing and Submitting Variations to the Client

Requirements:

  • Several years' experience as a Contracts Administrator
  • Experience working on building and refurbishment projects in commercial construction, ideally to $50M in value
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Mid-tier contracting experience is essential
