We are seeking a highly skilled Pet Specialty Retail Accelerator to join our team at Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates. This role will accelerate the growth of our pet specialty retail business and drive the development of our ecommerce capabilities.

Key Objectives
  • Accelerate Growth: Accelerate the growth of our pet specialty retail business by identifying and implementing strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
  • Develop Ecommerce Capabilities: Develop and implement ecommerce capabilities to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience: Extensive experience (approx. 5+ years) in front-line ecommerce required. Preferably gained in Pet Specialty retail, however other FMCG and Consumer Goods channels considered.
  • Demonstrated Skills: Demonstrated understanding of digital technologies, analytics, and data.
