About The Position:

The Strategic Retail Account Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with key corporate partners across the Pet Specialty Retail channel in Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading pet health nutrition company, partnering with internal teams, corporate partners, and field sales teams to enhance Royal Canin's market presence and product performance.

Main Objectives:

  1. Drive Sales Growth: Achieve target levels for the retail portfolio through effective sales strategies and tactics.
  2. Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners across the Pet Specialty Retail channel.
  3. Category Insights: Utilize category insights, demand planning, and data analytics to identify growth opportunities and inform business decisions.
  4. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans, including promotional and marketing initiatives, to increase brand visibility and sales.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Commerce
  • Demonstrated experience in Key Account Management, including offline and online specialist retailers
  • Project management experience
  • Intermediate computer literacy with Microsoft office software (PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel skills)
