Senior Design Technologist Role

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Design Technologist to join our team. As a key member, you will focus on defining and delivering high-quality prototypes that shape the future of our design culture.

Reporting directly to the Senior Design Manager for Design Technology, you will work closely with product, engineering, and accessibility experts to create scalable, inclusive, and coherent design solutions at enterprise scale.

The role offers opportunities to refine interactive elements, resolve technical issues during prototyping, collaborate with engineers, support junior designers, and contribute to the adoption of design system components and best practices.

  • Develop interactive prototypes using Figma and modern JS frameworks such as React.
  • Apply AI literacy to enhance prototyping and coding tools.
  • Refine interactive elements and resolve technical issues during prototyping.
  • Collaborate with engineers to clarify requirements and ensure smooth handoff.
  • Support junior designers in navigating technical considerations.
  • Apply foundational skills in design technology, including motion and accessibility.
  • Contribute to the adoption of design system components and best practices.
Key Qualifications

5+ years experience in design technology, prototyping, and front-end development.

Foundational skills in React, JS frameworks, prototyping AI tools as well as integrations and plugins for Figma.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Interest in AI/ML, motion, and accessibility in design.
