About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of psychological and mental health claims from inception to finalisation, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of claims, identifying and addressing return to work barriers and implementing strategies to achieve early resolution.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and stakeholders, ensuring they are informed and consulted throughout the claims process.
  • Proactively manage claims data, ensuring accurate and timely entry.
  • Contribute to the achievement of business targets and participate in departmental projects.

About You

  • Experience in case management, preferably in personal injury insurance or mental health claims.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, manage competing demands, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate conflicts as needed.
