Role Summary:

We are seeking experienced educators to join our team of English as an Additional Language/Dialect specialists. The ideal candidates will possess a strong curriculum knowledge of Year 11 and Year 12 Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE) English as an Additional Language/Dialect courses.

Suitable candidates will demonstrate passion, professional expertise, and experience to develop and deliver high-quality educational programs and impactful teaching strategies that engage young adult learners and motivate students to succeed in their studies towards university entry.

  • Create and deliver a Year 10 EALD program that expands and enriches students' learning experiences
  • Demonstrate highly effective communication skills and strong ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with students from diverse nationalities and cultural backgrounds
  • Inspire and support students to achieve their full learning potential by developing students' academic capabilities within an inclusive and positive classroom learning environment
