Job Summary:

As a Relay Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mechanical assemblies on large-scale products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, diagrams, work orders, reports, and assembly instructions to ensure accurate production.
  • Perform complex mechanical assemblies using approved procedures, ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
  • Inspect sub-assemblies for workmanship and compliance with documentation, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct quality inspections throughout the assembly process, verifying product integrity.
  • Prepare product components for assembly, ensuring they have been quality-tested and meet specifications.

Requirements:

  • Experience in electronics manufacturing, with a focus on mechanical assemblies.
  • Hand soldering experience and excellent manual dexterity.
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings, understand dimensions and tolerances, and apply this knowledge to assemble products accurately.
