Customer Service Representative

We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As the first point of contact for customers, you'll provide up-to-date information about their repairs and instill confidence that their car is in capable hands.
This role involves ensuring the environment is customer-friendly, checking in customers as they present for assessment, and providing a caring and professional service during all interactions. You'll also manage the customer return to collect their vehicle once repairs are completed and address any concerns.
To succeed in this role, you'll need previous experience in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment. You should strive to achieve a positive customer experience in every interaction, have high attention to detail, be organized, and possess exceptional time management skills. Building rapport with customers, both in person and over the phone, is also essential.
