Job Description

What You'll Do:
  1. Deliver Exceptional Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile and make check-ins and check-outs a breeze.
  2. Create Unforgettable Moments: Go above and beyond to wow our guests using your initiative and creativity.
  3. Provide Insider Knowledge: Share local tips and information about all the fun and relaxation our resort has to offer.
  4. Be the Ultimate Host: Make every guest feel right at home from the moment they arrive.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service and making people's day.
  • A well-presented, friendly, and approachable manner.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to be the best version of yourself, every shift.
  • A team player spirit, supporting your colleagues and guests comes naturally.
  • Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at once.
  • Previous experience in Reception, Front Office, Admin, Sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus.
  • Experience with Park Management systems (Newbook and/or RMS) is a bonus but not essential.
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating 7-day roster, including public holidays and school holidays.
