Beachside Group Training Instructor

As a group training instructor, you'll have the opportunity to deliver high-quality services to clients in a dynamic and supportive environment at our beachside gym/studio in Sydney.
About This RoleWe're looking for passionate and motivated individuals with a Cert 4 in Fitness and current First Aid to join our team. If you have experience in taking group classes, that's a bonus, but not essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging and effective group training sessions
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient service delivery
- Maintain a safe and healthy environment for all clients
- Flexible working hours from part-time to full-time load
- Work at one of the pre-eminent beachside locations in Sydney
- Thorough induction training and ongoing development and mentoring
- No rent and receive all the support and tools you need to succeed as a trainer
- Ability to build up to a great income
- Be part of a great team culture and a genuine community vibe
- Available to work in peak training times (early mornings, early evenings, some Saturdays)
- Have a passion for personal development and a willingness to work in a team
- Being a positive role model with a personal focus on health and well-being
