The Strategic Recruitment Specialist is a key member of the team at Queensland Health, providing dedicated direct-to-client recruitment activities to support hiring managers. This critical work includes managing recruitment workforce activities to support best practice recruitment and systems outcomes for the Department of Health.
The successful person will have high-level knowledge of legislation, policies, and procedures relating to recruitment and selection within a large complex environment. They will have strong stakeholder engagement experience, demonstrating high-level communication and interpersonal skills necessary to liaise, consult, and negotiate with a variety of key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality advice and application of workforce activities in accordance with the workforce industrial framework in an authoritative and timely manner.
- Produce and maintain reports on data relating to recruitment, providing information for analysis and identifying recruitment and selection trends.
- Develop innovative solutions to complex matters to support best practice and innovative resourcing solutions to assist with meeting organizational needs.
