About This Role

We are seeking an experienced asset valuation specialist to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our high-performing team, you will be responsible for overseeing a range of plant & equipment valuations, ensuring accurate, timely, and high-quality outcomes.

  • Manage and coordinate the valuation process, including data collection, research, and analysis
  • Provide strategic input on valuation methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, delivering a service that reflects deep industry knowledge and commercial insight
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs and expectations

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Completed an accredited course in valuations, such as ASA or AVAA accreditation, or have relevant experience in the field
  • Strong understanding of industrial assets, including mining, transport, construction, plant, and equipment
  • Proven track record of conducting asset valuations, with excellent research skills and the ability to access a variety of market information
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Organised and efficient, with a solution-focused approach to work
