Job DescriptionYou will manage and execute commercial plant and equipment asset trading deals, disposition projects, and valuations, primarily within the mining, construction, transport, and manufacturing sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee end-to-end execution of asset trading and disposition projects.
- Ensure WHS and licensing requirements are met.
- Plan and implement targeted asset sales campaigns.
- Manage logistics, contractors, and security.
- Handle buyer negotiations and transactions.
- Oversee invoicing, remittances, and reporting.
- Strengthen relationships with clients and partners.
The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in plant & machinery operations, asset management, or asset sales—preferably in mining, transport, or manufacturing.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in managing asset disposition projects.
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
