About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Analytics Leader to drive data-driven insights and inform strategic decision making across our organization.

As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in unlocking business growth by leveraging analytics to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize performance.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute advanced analytics models to uncover hidden patterns and trends.
  • Partner with executives and stakeholders to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Key Performance Metrics and Success Indicators
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SENIOR EXECUTIVES AND BE SEEN AS A TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE PARTNER.
  • PROVIDE DEEP AND RELIABLE INSIGHTS AND ANALYTICS THAT DRIVE DECISION MAKING.
  • OFFER CONSULTING AND THOUGHT LEADERSHIP TO SENIOR STAKEHOLDERS.
  • D Demonstrate strong teamwork, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and take responsibility for work with high accountability and on-time delivery.
Your Skills and Expertise
  • 8+ years or more experience in analytics or SaaS in a stakeholder-facing role or as a technical practitioner.
  • Proven ability to lead analytics projects from end-to-end.
  • Experience coaching team members to improve communication, storytelling and technical capability.
  • Experience delivering analytics via interactive dashboards; applying advanced analytics techniques and statistical methodologies.
  • Experience across cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake / DBT) is highly desirable.
