Speech Therapist Role

We are seeking an experienced Speech Therapist to join our team in providing high-quality services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in speech pathology, with expertise in assessing and implementing AAC systems, as well as delivering early intervention services and supporting adults with communication difficulties.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in both clinic and community settings, providing timely therapeutic services and promoting independence and overall health and wellbeing.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage an allocated caseload and deliver high-quality care. A strong commitment to professional development and a passion for making a difference in the community are essential for this role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess and implement AAC systems for individuals with complex communication needs
  • Deliver early intervention services, including speech sounds, early language, feeding, and parent coaching
  • Manage an allocated caseload and deliver timely therapeutic services
  • Support adults with dysphagia, mealtime management, and functional communication
