Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Therapist to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality speech therapy services and making a positive impact on the lives of children.

About the Role

This part-time role involves working with children aged 0-17+ in various settings, including clinics, homes, schools, and community settings. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating a range of speech and language disorders, as well as providing support and guidance to families and carers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children aged 0-17+
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans to address speech and language needs
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to families and carers
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology (or nearing completion)
  • Registration with SPA (or eligibility to register)
  • A collaborative and compassionate approach to client care
  • Willingness to work across clinic and community settings
  • Current Working With Children Check
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable transport
