Job Summary

We are seeking ambitious educators to join our team as Casual Educators in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC). As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality programs that meet the needs of children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and innovative programs that promote child outcomes and foster a love for learning.
  • Collaborate with the service manager to plan, prepare, and deliver services that exceed expectations.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and staff within the school community.
  • Support and guide colleagues to ensure the delivery of exceptional services.
  • Embody TheirCare's values and mission by being open, caring, and engaged with our team.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in the OSHC or childcare industry is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Working towards an approved Diploma Level qualification or completed a Diploma level qualification is mandatory.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
