Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Household Support: Maintaining a clean and secure living space for seniors
  • Assisting with meal preparation and grocery shopping
  • Providing companionship and engaging in recreational activities
  • Offering emotional support and respite care
  • Facilitating transportation and social support for appointments
  • Delivering specialized assistance for individuals with significant needs, such as dementia

What we look for in a Supportive Living Assistant:

  • Genuine passion for helping the elderly maintain their independence at home
  • Possession of a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with resilience and professionalism
  • Availability to work a minimum of three days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend shifts
  • Capability to work independently and solve problems, knowing when to seek assistance
