Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Domestic Support: Maintaining a clean and secure living space for seniors
  • Meal Preparation and Grocery Shopping Assistance
  • Providing social interaction and participating in lifestyle activities
  • Offering emotional support and respite care
  • Transporting clients to appointments and providing social assistance
  • Delivering specialized care for clients with complex needs, such as dementia

What we are looking for in a Care Worker:

  • Genuine passion for assisting the elderly in maintaining their independence at home
  • Possession of a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and resilience
  • Availability to work a minimum of three weekdays, with no night or weekend shifts required
  • Capable of working autonomously and effectively problem-solving, knowing when to seek help
