What we look for in an Aged Care Support Specialist:

  • Genuine passion for enabling seniors to live independently
  • Possession of a current P1 class or higher Australian Driver's License and a registered vehicle
  • Ability to manage challenging situations with professionalism and resilience
  • Availability to work a minimum of three weekdays, with no night or weekend shifts
  • Capable of working autonomously and effectively problem-solving while knowing when to seek help
