Country Road Sales Consultant Opportunity

Country Road Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Myer Melbourne. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless point of sale transaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations by consistently delivering high-quality service and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the store team to deliver results and contribute to a positive team experience.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment for team members and customers.
  • Understand and demonstrate the Country Road Group values and strategy in daily work.
  • Utilize tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to brand standards.
  • Contribute to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
