Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Analysis: Utilize your analytical skills to examine HR data and metrics, identifying trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Process Optimization: Work with HR and other departments to develop and implement data-driven strategies and solutions, streamlining HR operations and driving strategic initiatives.
  • System Enhancement: Support the development and enhancement of HR systems, including HRIS and other relevant technologies, to ensure seamless data management and reporting.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present reports on HR performance and metrics to senior management, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis and process improvement.
  • Strong proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software, such as SAP SuccessFactors and Pageup.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-started with previous project management skills, which would be advantageous.
