As the Senior HR Systems Analyst in the People, Performance & Culture team, this role will ensure the efficient operation of Metricon's People systems platforms, leveraging data analytics to enhance decision-making. Reporting to the People Advisory Business Partner, your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of HR information systems (HRIS)
  • Analysis data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support organisational goals
  • Design, develop, and maintain readily accessible People metrics and dashboards for stakeholders and management for strategic, operational, and tactical decision-making
  • Design and produce regularly scheduled reports, conduct ad hoc reporting, and monitor data integrity through analysis and audits
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance within all People systems and databases
  • Support the rollout of new systems and processes by managing change initiatives, communication strategies, and user training to ensure smooth transitions
  • Provide leadership support to the System Administrator

The successful candidate will have:

  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms
  • Solid experience in reporting, analysis, and project implementation
  • Advanced Excel and VBA skills with proven experience in creating reports and data manipulation
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication (written and oral) skills
  • The ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities within a fast-paced, volume-oriented role to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence senior leaders and build trust and commitment
  • Be a team player

This role requires a national police check to be undertaken by the successful candidate.
