About the Role

We're looking for an IT Business Optimization Specialist to join our client – a well-known NFP organization on a fixed-term contract with strong potential for permanency. As the vital link between stakeholders, users, and third-party providers, you'll ensure seamless system functionality and drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and IT teams to design solutions, document processes, and manage system workflows across the organization.
  • Documentation and Support: Develop and maintain documentation, including training materials and system architecture guides. Provide support for system upgrades, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Application Enhancement: Lead initiatives for application enhancements and new system implementations. Ensure application integrity, security, and adherence to IT governance policies.
  • Business Intelligence: Create and manage reports using Business Intelligence tools like Power BI. Monitor post-implementation processes, providing insights for business analytics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role, with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics (or other CRM, collaboration tools, etc.).
  • Experience with ticketing IT ticketing systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to create process documentation and reports.
  • Experience with project management and user testing.
  • Working knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
  • Experience working with data migrations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in an NFP is nice to have.
