About the Role:

As the Digital Activation Strategist, you'll lead a small team and work alongside another Account Director to drive success across search, social, and programmatic product. You'll be the expert leading briefs, contributing to holistic digital strategies, and working with your Managers to build responses and channel strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social, and programmatic.
  • Lead and oversee your team's product, including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agency partners, and media partners.
  • Create optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy.
  • Pursue business development opportunities with new and existing clients, including pitches, proposals, case studies, and acting on opportunities.

Your Expertise:

  • Proven experience in a similar role across digital activation, programmatic, paid search, or social.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team.
  • Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client-facing role.
  • Tools experience across Google Ads, Google Display Network, YouTube Advertising, DV360, or Sizmek.
  • Ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for working within digital activation and cross-team collaboration.

A Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonuses.
