Strategic Asset Management Coordinator

The City of Whittlesea is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to fill the Coordinator Strategic Asset Management position. This strategic leadership role is responsible for leading a small team in the lifecycle planning of the Council's assets, including procurement, maintenance, condition assessment, renewal, disposal, and analytical reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a small team in the lifecycle planning of the Council's assets
- Develop and manage the Council's Asset Management Plans across Transport, Open Space, Stormwater, Building, and Portable/Attractive asset groups
- Provide effective strategic leadership to deliver timely and accurate asset management outcomes
- Assist in the development of the Council's Asset Management Plans
