Regional Turnaround Assurance Manager Job Description

This role aims to support assets in safely delivering their objectives through effective turnaround assurance and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with asset teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategic plans to address them.
  • Partner with maintenance, reliability, and turnaround leads to maintain a network of connected turnaround practitioners across the organization.
  • Work with asset teams to establish appropriate turnaround event assurance plans and integrate these into operational service plans.
  • Support the implementation of industry-standard turnarounds, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Deliver turnaround event assurance activities as defined by event assurance plans and provide guidance on work process assurance reviews.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance improvement and meet target levels.
  • Provide expert advice and operations excellence towards integrated turnaround delivery.
  • Foster a culture of best practice sharing in the region and across regions.

Requirements:

  • A degree in engineering or equivalent experience in a maintenance, engineering, turnaround, or project environment.
  • Combined experience in an asset, maintenance, operations, project, or functional role with leadership attributes.
  • Practical turnaround experience in a leadership role and the ability to influence and deliver through others.
