Senior Executive - Asset Management and Operations

As a seasoned leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of our high-voltage electricity transmission networks. This critical leadership position requires overseeing real-time network operations, asset management, and delivering critical maintenance programs that underpin energy security.


  • Develop and execute a forward-looking strategy to enhance asset reliability, operational performance, and customer outcomes.
  • Lead the planning and optimization of maintenance programs across substations, transmission lines, cables, and digital infrastructure to maximize efficiency and field productivity.
  • Oversee real-time operations, crisis response, and contingency planning in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement across core operational processes, including network monitoring, asset lifecycle management, and regulatory compliance.
  • Act as a senior ambassador for your organization, engaging with regulators, industry bodies, and executive forums to shape the future of energy infrastructure.
