Job Summary

Our ideal candidate is a highly skilled commercial attorney seeking a challenging opportunity to provide practical legal advice. The role requires expertise in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts, as well as identifying and mitigating legal risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal counsel on commercial agreements, dispute resolution, employment law and regulatory issues.
  • Draft and review contracts with a focus on solutions-driven negotiation.
  • Monitor changes in laws and regulations, and identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Deliver training on contract management, antitrust and anti-corruption topics.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification experience in a mid or top-tier law firm.
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
