Specializing in Wills and Estates Law, we seek a seasoned Attorney to excel in drafting wills, powers of attorney, claims against deceased estates, guardianship, personal and business succession planning, trusts, probate, grants of representation, and superannuation issues.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a qualified Lawyer with experience in complex, high-quality matters. You will have the chance to work independently while expanding into other areas of practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drafting wills and powers of attorney
  • Claims against deceased estates, including administration
  • Guardianship and succession planning

Requirements
  • At least 2-3 years post-admission experience as a Lawyer
  • Expertise in Wills and Estates litigation and advanced communication skills
  • Experience in property law and commercial law is a plus
