Job Profile

A seasoned commercial attorney with 5+ years of experience is required to drive business growth through expert legal advice. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic guidance on commercial agreements, dispute resolution, employment law, workplace safety, privacy, competition, and regulatory issues
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with a solutions-focused approach
  • Identify, monitor, and mitigate legal and compliance risks; track changes in laws and regulations
  • Design and deliver training on antitrust, anti-corruption, contract management, and other legal topics
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements
  • 5+ years post-qualification experience in reputable law firms
  • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communicator able to build rapport with commercial teams, developers, and external advisors
