Job Opportunity

We are seeking a candidate to provide support for daily life activities at home, personal care, medication administration, supporting medical appointments, and facilitating access to various community, social, and recreational activities.

The successful candidate will work with participants on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to build their capacity with daily living skills and confidence in accessing the community and within themselves.

Key responsibilities include assisting with daily routines, promoting independence, and supporting participants to achieve their goals and aspirations.

Previous experience or qualifications in disability of young adults or aged care, and a valid NSW Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Check are required.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of disability support principles, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to working with people with varying abilities.
