Experience Personal Care Specialist Required

This role offers a fulfilling career in aged care, where you will make a real difference in the lives of our residents. You will provide high-quality personal, social and emotional care and support to ensure their overall wellbeing.

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Personal Care: Assisting with daily living activities such as showering, dressing, toileting, and grooming while maintaining dignity and privacy.
  • Mobility Support: Helping seniors with walking, using mobility aids, or transferring between different positions including from a bed to a wheelchair.
  • Monitoring Health: Observing and reporting any changes in the resident's health or behavior.
  • Meal Assist: Supporting residents with their dietary requirements ensuring they receive the food they need and assisting them in the process of eating.
  • Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of care provided, observations, and any changes in the resident's condition.

You will work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible care for our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and have a genuine desire to develop your skills, we invite you to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Cert III Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
