My Home Care Group is a leading provider of Home Care Packages in Australia, dedicated to supporting older Australians to continue living in their homes longer. We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Officer to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring the compliance requirements of our independent contractors are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Filing and recording incoming compliance documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of contractors to ensure they meet the required standards of care and service.
- Conducting regular audits of contractors to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
- Identifying and addressing any compliance issues that arise with contractors.
- Maintaining accurate records of compliance activities and reporting any issues.
- Providing guidance and support to contractors on their compliance obligations.
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements
- High attention to detail and ability to work at pace in a changing environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Compliance management experience and knowledge of aged care regulations and standards is desirable, but not essential.
