Housekeeping Position Overview

This is a part-time and casual role responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of cabins and villas.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Cleanliness Standards: Ensure all areas of the property are clean and tidy at all times, adhering to high levels of cleanliness and hygiene.
  2. Maintenance Reporting: Report any maintenance issues to the relevant team members in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Safety and Housekeeping: Assist with safety and housekeeping standards to ensure a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
  4. Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Additional Requirements:

  • A current or provisional driver's licence is required.
  • Experience in a related industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
  • The ability to manage safety risks in line with WHS legislation is mandatory.
