We have multiple Part-time positions available.
You'll be working with a focus on supportingour Aged Care and NDIS clients to further help them achieve independence and enhance their quality of life, actively ageing at home and in the community.Why Join Us?

Long-Term Client Relationships:Our amazing clients are with us for months, often years, allowing you to build strong connections and truly see the results of your work by celebrating their achievements.Variety and Flexibility:You'll have the opportunity to work with clients across various settings – at home, in the community – making each day unique and rewarding.A Supportive Team:You'll be part of a small, close-knit team offering a collaborative environment andregular supervisionto ensure your professional growth.Convenient Locations:We operate out of several locations withplenty of free onsite parkingat all our sites:What we're looking for:Must be available a minimum 3 full days per week (15 hours)Minimum Cert 3 in Aged Care or Individual supports.Ability to work with minimal supervision and as a part of the teamIdeally previous experience in all areas of aged care and NDIS supportsReliable vehicle with comprehensive insuranceDrivers licenseDemonstrated experience prioritising workloads and managing clients with complex needs.Ability to work as a collaboratively member of a diverse teamKnowledge of confidentiality principles and WHS responsibilities.A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)Knowledge of diverse cultures and community needsExperience in facilitating training and education to clients, support networks, service providers and/or the community.Demonstrated experience of developing and maintaining partnerships with internal and external stakeholdersIf you're looking for a role that offers variety, strong professional support, and the opportunity to truly make a difference in your clients' lives, we'd love to hear from you
