Fleet Maintenance Supervisor Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled maintenance professional to oversee the upkeep and repair of our fleet assets. As a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory capacity. They will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing maintenance tasks, conducting inspections and audits, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify maintenance requirements.

Additional responsibilities may include:

  • Managing maintenance records and inventory
  • Collaborating with external service providers
  • Coordinating vehicle washing and detailing

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools. Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards is also highly desirable.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, applicants should possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Experience in maintenance management, preferably in a supervisory capacity
  • Solid knowledge of maintenance best practices, troubleshooting, and repair techniques
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards

Benefits

This casual role offers a competitive hourly rate of $29.36 per hour and an 8-hour shift schedule from Monday to Friday. The ability to commute or relocate to FOOTSCRAY, VIC 3011 is required.

Work Arrangements

This role requires work authorization in Australia and is available on an in-person basis.
