We are seeking a highly motivated Fleet Operations Manager to lead our team.

This role is responsible for supervising staff, managing day-to-day fleet maintenance activities, and identifying opportunities for efficiency.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising staff, managing consumables ordering, supplies and storage, and ensuring all fleet information is accurately captured in Council's corporate system (Assetic).

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Supervise staff responsible for Council's day-to-day fleet maintenance activities.
  • Lead fleet workshop operations and staff.
  • Identify opportunities for fleet efficiency.
  • Support the Coordinator Waste Services to develop Council's annual fleet replacement program.
  • Manage fleet consumables ordering, supplies and storage.
  • Ensure all fleet servicing, maintenance and repair information is accurately captured in Council's corporate system (Assetic).
