Job Expectations

We have an exciting opportunity for a central point of coordination for fleet management across the country. This role will oversee the full vehicle lifecycle from acquisition through to replacement ensuring decisions are informed by data, cost efficiency and operational needs.

Your role will be instrumental in maintaining service standards, managing supplier relationships and supporting the delivery of fleet-related projects across the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure fleet operations are aligned with broader organisational goals.

  • Manage the relationship with our offshore administration team and act as the first point of escalation for the Fleet Coordinator.
  • Oversee the fleet's operational performance, including vehicle maintenance, repair, and disposal.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet utilisation and reduce costs.
