Senior Leadership Position

The role of Dean of Christian Formation is a key position that provides leadership and guidance in promoting and developing Christ-centred curricula.

Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership through active participation on the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of Christian Studies programmes.
  • Manage pastoral care for students and staff, ensuring their well-being and support.
Essential Qualifications
  • Be fully committed to and supportive of Christ-centred education and its integration within the College.
  • Hold qualifications in Theology or Christian Studies.
  • Have experience as an educational leader, particularly in a Christian school community.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of the requirements set by the School Curriculum and Standards Authority.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Current registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Working With Children Check clearance.
  • Criminal History Clearance from the Department of Education.
  • Written reference from a Church Pastor/Minister.
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of citizenship or residency visa details.
  • Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ, including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with Christian expectations.
  • Supportive of the aims, principles and tenets of the organisation.
