Dean of Christian Education

We are seeking a visionary and experienced leader to join our team as the Dean of Christian Formation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an individual who is passionate about Christian education and has a proven track record of leading educational programs.
The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership through membership and participation on the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing the development and implementation of Christ-centered curricula, and acting as a representative for the Board and Administration in relation to matters concerning staff.
This role involves providing oversight and management of Christian Studies, ensuring that all educational staff are involved in the area of Christian education. The successful applicant will also be responsible for providing pastoral care to students and staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA).
- Working With Children Check clearance.
- Satisfactory Department of Education Criminal History Clearance no more than 3 months old.
- Written reference from Church Pastor/Minister.
- Legally entitled to work in Australia with proof of Australian Birth, Citizenship or residency visa details.
- Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ including regular church attendance and a lifestyle consistent with the expectations of Christian faith.
- Supportive of the aims, principles and tenets of Kingsway Christian Education Association Inc. at Kingsway Christian College.
