Job Opportunity

We are seeking a visionary leader to fill the role of Christian Formation Director.

This senior leadership position is responsible for promoting and developing Christ-centred curricula, interpreting the College's philosophy, and providing guidance and leadership to staff and students in the area of Christian Studies.

The successful applicant will provide strategic leadership through membership on the Senior Leadership Team and oversee the management of Christian Studies, pastoral care of students and staff.

The ideal candidate will possess qualifications in Theology or Christian Studies, have experience in developing and implementing Christian Education programs, and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and an ability to think strategically.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Theology or Christian Studies.
  • Experience in developing and implementing Christian Education programs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to think strategically.
