Lifting Operations Manager

Job Summary:

The Lifting Operations Manager will enable safe and effective resource management, mentoring, and high-risk work function approval to meet customer and stakeholder operational requirements within TEM supply Chains Marine port facility.

  • Understand business imperatives set by Key Customer Stake Holders (facilities Manager and Senior Logistics Managers) and engage their team in delivery.
  • Optimise delivery of port facility services through effective implementation of lifting systems and application of port facility management expertise both Land and Marine environments.
  • Manage operational and commercial aspects of stevedoring and terminal operations to deliver value by understanding operational needs and offering technical lifting solutions.

About You:

  • Crane and Rigging HRWL experience.
  • Technical lift Planning experience.
  • Stevedoring and terminal operations experience.
  • Able to lead and manage teams to achieve exceptional performance.
  • Extensive understanding of Supply Chain Management / Integrated Logistics, Transportation Systems and Management.
  • Understanding of port terminal and supply Base operations.
