The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing 24/7 help desk support to customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues they may have. This will involve learning proprietary trading system functionality and back-office support, as well as coordinating with customer technology staff and the sales team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, a Bachelor's Degree, and at least two years' experience in a customer service/support role. They will also have exposure to commodity markets, financial trading environments, or equity brokerage, as well as good problem-solving and analytical skills.
This is an entry-level position, offering excellent opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work closely with the team to monitor the health and usage of all systems and vendors, escalating persistent or high-priority problems as necessary.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for producing operational reports, documenting internal procedures, and assisting with special projects.
