Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
This role involves engaging with customers, energy retailers, field service providers, and stakeholders through inbound and occasional outbound calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing support in various administrative and operational tasks.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Management: Respond to customer inquiries, provide solutions, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Administrative Support: Assist with organizational tasks, document archiving, and correspondence management.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Requirements:
- Candidate Profile: We welcome applications from individuals with no prior experience but who are eager to learn and develop new skills.
- Essential Skills: Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills are essential for this role. Basic computer literacy is also desirable.
