Electrical Package Manager

The Electrical Package Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire electrical design and supply process for onshore Balance of Plant (BoPe) projects. This involves ensuring that all electrical deliverables meet contract specifications and are completed within the agreed timeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive electrical design and supply strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Coordinate and supervise multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality results within budget and schedule constraints.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains through value engineering.
  • Communicate progress updates to stakeholders, clients, and senior management.
  • Resolve conflicts, delays, or issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or costs.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management or Electrical Engineering; professional accreditation is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in procuring electrical plant and equipment for large-scale infrastructure projects.
  • Desirable experience in quality control within supply chains.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proven project management, contract administration, and scheduling expertise.
